Harrasment/ Abuse, Fraud and Bill for Packing and Movement by Dharmendra of D Trans /D-Trans Relocations, Mahipalpur, Delhi

I contacted Mr. Dharmedra Chaudhary or Dharmendra Gadotia (Mob Numbers:9582562897, 9311280061 & 8882434241) of D-Trans Relocations, Shop No -112, GRD FLR, Anmol Appartment, Back To Safe Express, Road No -4,, Mahipalpur, Delhi - 110037 for household shifting from Noida to Gurgaon. They agreed to do the shifting on Jan 9, 2011 as per my choice with full packing, loading, unloading and transportation, which they did on Jan 9 but they delayed the process by 4 hrs. They were supposed to start packing at 10 AM on Jan 9th, 2011 which they started at 1 PM, resulting in completion of the job at 11 at night. This delay has pained us a lot.

The worst part of this company are the following:

1. Unprofessional packers: they broke, scratched my beds (2) and few glass items. Now they are denying to fix that, which they agreed upon before finalizing the order

2. Unprofessional and fraud area incharge- Dharmendra, who has declined me to provide the bill, which I required to get reimbursed from my company. After 40-50 calls and sms, he gave me the bill on Jan 16, 2011, which he promise to give on jan 9. He has taken the complete payment in cash from me on Jan 9, 2011, but he said that due to closure of office he would give on Jan 10, 2011

3. Rude behaviour: Dharmendra came to my place on Jan 16, 2011 and he started misbehaving with me and my family.

Dharmendra's number are 9582562897 & 8882434241. Never get job done by this Movers and Packers organization.THEY HAVE AN ORGANIZATION IN MUMBAI. If you are getting this done, pay by cheque and only 25% as advance and remaining after checking all your goods and getting the bill.
